Bel & Birthday in Los Cabos, Mexico

Happy birthday to me! Happy birthday to me! Happy birthday to me!

As soon as I got to New York, I was informed that we were having a company meeting in Mexico the first week of February...

So that would mean spending my birthday there!!!

I couldn´t be happier!

So, we flew to Los Cabos, Mexico and fot there by night.

Immediately I headed to the beach. It was quite warm and some of us dare to swim into the ocean :)

Then we had dinner and had birthday cakes!

It turned out that it was Iwona´s birthday and one of the managers´ as well. So it was fun...

Then we went to the bar for drinks!

The following night we headed to the jacuzzi that outdoors next to the pool.

Breakfast was large! and really nice, with a nice view of the ocean...

On the free time, we went to the beach...

Iwan had brought his yoga mat to exercise and I joined him. Katya (some of my coworkers´daughter) had plenty of fun watching us,,.

In the last day of the company meeting, we finished early and took a cruise around Los Cabos.

We walked a little bit around the city center...

And then headed to a club to have a party!

Most people left the day after.

A bunch of us stayed, and keep going out for dinner.

The hotel had a private access to the beach... So nice! The water was greenish blue...

I left on Sunday! It was a great way to spend my birthday!

Bel & New York: East Village

Last Saturday I spent the day with Iwona, the new Intern from Poland, that was selected in the same recruiting process that I was.

She just moved to New York as well, and she is not living in Manhattan. She is actually living close to JFK, like 90 minutes metro ride from work.

Iwona wanted me to show her around the city, and specially the office surroundings...

So we took a walk on the East Village...
